Charles W. "Wes" Lowe - President
With 20 years programming experience, 15 years online experience, and over 4 years of concentrated programming on the web, Charles offers a strong technical background to the This Portal team.
Before working in the online service field, Charles designed, built, and programmed automation machinery for industrial use. Concentrating mainly on front-end controls and electrical design, Charles used his creative edge to design simple but highly flexible operator systems. Charles brings this simplicity and functionality to This Portal projects and keeps the user in mind at all times when developing This Portal client work.
Charles focuses mainly on high level programming languages including C++, Visual Basic, Delphi, PERL, Java, JavaScript, PHP, ASP, SQL, and HTML. and 4 years of Auto-CAD experience. Charles has 2 years of College education mainly focusing in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Outside of running This Portal, Charles is also a member of the Raskob Foundation for Catholic Activities, Inc. Charles's primary function is review and recommend funding for grant applications and is responsible for reporting the results to the board of trustees.
